I drank red grapes, white grapes, and La France.
La France was very delicious.
The conger eel was freshly grilled, piping hot, and very delicious.
The sea urchin was also fresh and delicious.

orange (daidai) @ 8,500 yen + additional (blackfin, marlin, kingfish, bluefin squid) @ 2,500 yen. Most of the fish used are local, such as those from Goto and the waters around Nagasaki. We were able to spend a happy time thanks to the high quality fish from the waters near Nagasaki and the skillful skill of the craftsmen. Although the prices are relatively high in Nagasaki, the course content is substantial and I think the cost performance is quite good.

Qiongkurumi (pronounced as “Tamatsurumi”)
This name seems to come from the fact that Nagasaki Port is called “Tsuru Port” because of its long and narrow shape.
You can choose between tempura, teppanyaki, and sushi courses.
There is a designated location for each course you choose.
Counters are lined up surrounding the chef.
(There are also table seats)
I had ordered a tempura course for lunch in advance.
I don’t like formal atmospheres.
We had a meal while the chef talked about the food.
I was able to relax

and seasonal vegetables from Kyushu are lined up.
We will teach you how to serve the four types of salt and warm soup as you eat them.
The red sea bream tempura and kamasu tempura are especially delicious.
The thickly cut red sea bream has a fluffy texture.
Although barracuda is thin, it has a chewy texture.
and chawanmushi
It seems like barracuda is used for the soup stock, so it’s my first taste.
The flavor changes with the plum meat in the middle, which is interesting.
I was able to enjoy the vegetables as they were rich in flavor and chewy.

The main seafood (on this day) is Goto, and the sushi is Saga. Goto’s seaweed salt brings out the best in the toppings. The fish sauce felt a little salty. All of the recommended local sakes are great.
Tempura counters are hard to find at this price. We ordered a lunch course that focused on locally sourced ingredients.
The staff will explain each item one by one. This is a recommended shop if you like soft clothing. There is seaweed salt or Himalayan salt. The tempura was accompanied by Nagasaki’s alcoholic drink “Fukuda” for 900 yen. Yamazaki’s water price is 1800 yen, so the alcoholic drinks are also reasonable.
