Our restaurant is a restaurant that offers a new type of teppan French cuisine. The cooking process, sauce making, and finishing of the dish are all done on a griddle right in front of you, creating a lively style of cooking that allows you to enjoy your senses of sight, smell, and hearing.
We also offer fresh seafood delivered directly from Toyosu, as well as live fish such as lobster, abalone, and Okinawa-produced prawns from the Ikesu inside the store. We carefully select and ship directly from the production area, including fillet of the very rare “Brown Wagyu” red beef, one of the Japanese Wagyu beef types, Kuroge Wagyu beef sirloin, and rare venison and duck meat from Kumamoto.
