A hideaway in the alley behind the terminal station of Omiya, the prefecture’s largest downtown area, where 12 lines pass. The interior is inspired by a “Japan garden”. It is a cozy space with a Japanese taste.
We bought one “A5 rank” black Wagyu beef that has cleared traceability and safety standards as a group. We offer high-quality steaks such as sirloin, filet, chateaubriand, rump, and ichibo. The aged meat was dry-aged for 40 days in a special maturation cellar. Delicate hygiene management is also perfect. We also disclose 100% traceability data of production areas and producers.
