    “Tsukemen specialty store in collaboration with Lawson

    Tokiya is a tsukemen specialty restaurant that has been selected as one of the top 100 Tabelog ramen restaurants WEST.
    We have been open for over 10 years as a famous ramen restaurant with long lines.

    In the past, we released tsukemen (chilled noodles) in collaboration with convenience store Lawson.

    The inside of the store is like a bar. It has a chic atmosphere, but it doesn’t look like a tsukemen shop. It’s a comfortable space that can also be used for dates. ”

    It is a homemade noodle that is made by mixing carefully selected domestic wheat with outer barley that gives it a firmness, and values the aroma of flour and moderate chewiness. We make noodles separately for tsukemen and ramen noodles, change the composition, water addition rate, and cutting blade, and we are particular about time, effort, and care, and we always value sincerity and skill for our customers and finish them carefully every day.

    The most delicious moment

    The most delicious moment is the “aftertaste”. In recent years, there has been a demand for food safety and reliability. We are always aware of the utmost care and safety throughout the entire process. In particular, with regard to eggs, which are the raw material for making noodles, we use “whole egg powder” to improve the safety of homemade noodles.

    No chemical seasonings at all! It is a flavor that is drawn from all tangible ingredients. Tokiya’s dipping soup does not use any chemical seasonings. All of them are umami ingredients drawn from tangible ingredients. This is because I want to serve “the natural flavor that the body naturally desires”, and I think so as a chef.

    Rich tsukemen in Kansai

    The soup is pickled pork, which is super rich and gooey, and everyone likes it. Richness and depth that surpasses the rich dipping noodles of other restaurants! It also contains fishmeal, so it has an orthodox taste, but you won’t get tired of it, and it has a solid body. The chicken dipping is relatively light with Kamiyu chicken soy sauce, but the flavor of the chicken and a little acidity match the best. Both of them have char siu like kakuni inside, which is also delicious.
