Located in Higashi-ku, Nagoya, “Unagi Cuisine Una Izumi” is an eel restaurant that opened in November 2023.
We use extra-large thick eels weighing more than 300g carefully selected from all over the country to serve Nagoya’s traditional “Hitsumabushi”.
We are particular about rice, and we purchase rice with the optimal sugar content for eels from contract farmers and polish only the amount used on that day.
The interior of the store is enveloped in a modern Japanese-style atmosphere, and there are also private rooms, so you can enjoy hitsumabushi in a calm space.
It is a 10-minute walk from Sakae Station and is easy to access. “Unawa” was started with the desire to provide food that all customers can enjoy from the bottom of their hearts and that they can be satisfied with peace of mind.
