Bincho, a long-established Hitsumabushi store with five stores in Nagoya, has opened a second store in Ginza, Tokyo.
The shop is located on the 11th floor of Mitsukoshi Ginza, where you can enjoy the authentic Nagoya “Hitsumabushi”.
Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho’s “eel” is grilled without steaming at all.
The eel, which is fragrantly grilled and topped with a unique tamari sauce, has a crispy skin and a sacky flesh, and goes well with the condiments of green onions and wasabi.
